Sheesh another month gone!
Yours truly has been hard at work with commission projects and gearing up for some new material for the summer art festival circuit. 2010 May to October is going to be busy busy busy! I'll be criss-crossing the pacific northwest and will be sure to keep you updated on my schedule for gallery and festival events so stay tuned.
But for now, here is the latest piece - The Claim Jumpers. A little later in completion than expected, but hey, it's finished and I can scratch it off the list! Don't those bad guys look nasty? Truly a trio of no-good dirtbags and they're my favorite to dredge up. Why are bad guys so much fun?? Hmm not sure what that says about me.
Anyway, it turned out exactly as imagined and (at almost 4' long) may become a triptik sort of layout broken into three framed pieces - gold miners, horses, claim jumpers. On a large enough wall it might look kinda cool. Enjoy!
